1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MK999 platform, including the website at mk999.wine, the mobile application and all related services. By accessing the platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the MK999 platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To register and use MK999, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. MK999 is strictly an adult platform. Minors are not permitted to register, deposit or participate in any games or betting activity.

3. Account Registration

If duplicate accounts are detected, MK999 reserves the right to close the additional accounts and void any bonuses or winnings associated with them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact email and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your password — secure and confidential. MK999 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS or live chat.

• Do not share your account credentials with anyone else.
• Log out of your account after each session if you are using a shared or public device.
• Notify MK999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your registered email address and mobile number current so that you can receive important account communications.

MK999 is not responsible for losses resulting from account access granted to a third party by the account holder, whether intentionally or through negligence.

4. Deposits & Payments

MK999 processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks, and other approved mobile wallets. The list of available methods may be updated from time to time; always check the cashier section for the current options.

• The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Using a payment method registered to another person is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Deposits are credited to your MK999 balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions are near-instant; bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank.
• MK999 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. MK999 applies this policy to maintain the integrity of transactions and to reduce the risk of fraud. In some circumstances, where the original payment method is not available, an alternative verified method may be used after identity checks are completed.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier section.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Standard requests are handled within the timeframes stated in the cashier; high-value or VIP withdrawals may have separate processing arrangements.
• Funds credited from bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6 before they can be withdrawn.
• MK999 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal delays caused by your bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa or any other payment provider are outside MK999's control. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the stated timeframe, contact MK999 support with your transaction reference number and registered account details.

6. Bonus & Promotions Policy

MK999 runs welcome bonuses, reload offers, PSL season promotions and VIP programme rewards from time to time. Each promotion carries its own specific terms — including minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps from bonus funds. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these overall Terms.

• Only one active bonus may be applied to your account at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds and the winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• MK999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms or cancel a promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, coordinating with other players or placing offsetting bets to lock in guaranteed returns — will have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play only. Any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms rather than play for entertainment is considered abuse under these Terms.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on MK999 — whether on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports or any other market — are final once confirmed. By confirming a bet, you acknowledge that you have reviewed your selection, stake amount and potential return before submitting.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. The odds shown at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a match abandonment, cancellation, or significant change in circumstances (such as a venue change or reduced overs in a cricket match), MK999 reserves the right to settle bets according to its published sporting rules for the relevant market.
• For live in-play betting, internet or device connection issues are the responsibility of the player. MK999 does not accept liability for bets that were not placed or confirmed due to connectivity problems on the player's side.
• Slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Results are independent of previous rounds and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• If a technical error occurs during gameplay that affects the result of a round or bet, MK999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's balance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly not permitted on MK999 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool designed to place bets, manipulate game outcomes or interact with the platform outside of normal human use.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or pricing mistakes in any betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or placing bets based on information not available to the general public.
• Attempting to launder money or use MK999 for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing MK999 staff or other users through any channel.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their knowledge.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

MK999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct or bonus abuse is detected.
• The player has requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and has a zero balance.
• MK999 is legally required to close the account based on applicable regulations.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact MK999 support directly. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be paid out upon account closure.

10. Privacy & Data

MK999 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
